Stryker was the first Doberman I was privileged to have in my life. He was the dog who inspired this journey. And, although he was not in any way related to the dogs that bear his name; he is, nonetheless, one of the dogs of whom I am the most proud.

Stryker was not only my Human Remains Search and Rescue dog but also my Best Friend and Protector. He is gone but will never be forgotten.

He is the Dobe credited as the "FIRST First Stryk Dobermann."
